It's rare that I find a company that has an organized marketing department with a marketing budget and a public relations plan. Maybe that's why they hire me. At any rate before anything can be done the basics must be in place. I believe in showing my clients measurable results. Tracking systems and budgets along with integrated databases can provide those answers. They certainly make accomplishing tasks clear and manageable.
